Welcome to Klinika Capriles. Klinika Capriles offers high quality clinic-psychiatric, policlinic and ambulatory care and treatment.

The care offered to the patient is continuous, without interruptions in time, content or caregiver. Essential in this is that the care-offer is tuned to the individual needs of the patient and guaranteed at a well-considered level. Care is offered at professional level, in a multidisciplinary team, quick, effective and client-orientated, taking into account the rights of the patient 

                                    History
Klinika Capriles was founded the 13th of April 1936
at Curaçao in the village Groot Kwartier as a service
of the government of the Netherlands Antilles. At that
time it was called "Rustoord" which is dutch for 
resting-place. It was a long time a very close institute
for mentally ill people, and the rest of the community
didn't knew much about it.  
In 1998 the government took the decision to make a 
independent foundation of this service. First they 
started with the restoration of the institute The so called
"phase1, New   Construction plan"   
On March 3,  2000  it became a foundation an was called
S.A.P.Z.   Dr. David Ricardo Capriles. 
On August 1, 2000 the: Board of Directors was installed,
and on Jan 1, 2001 Klinika Capriles became operational.
